How club access and online payments work

The owner counts as one representative login. Members do not count toward this limit. Representatives use their own accounts and only the permissions assigned to them.

Online member payments require a published club, an eligible active subscription, GHS contributions and a ready Paystack settlement account. Plan expiry retains member records, receipts and costume history.
